    Some help with puzzle ten:

    Every “signal” chip powers specific LED segments of all the LEDs it is connected to.
    For example, “signal 1” powers both left segments and the middle segment.
    By analyzing the lit segments of the left LEDs, you can deduce which segments are powered by which signal.
    Next, you can determine which segments of the LEDs on the right would be powered.
