So I’m stuck with this one, and the hint in the back doesn’t really help, I had guessed so myself already. But then, what is the next step?

The arrows can’t link directly to a specific LED segment, because the number of arrows don’t match the 7 segments. Does a white arrow mean the segment goes white? Does that mean a skipped segment is black? What about the black arrows? And why are they combined with white arrows? Some arrows seem to point to the same segment again, does that undo the previous arrow, or am I looking at it wrong?

Puzzle 12 is the eye that says “i see I see what you don’t see.” What are you talking about?

Bram, you are referring to puzzle 12 nin Codex Mysterium (not Codex Enigmatum). A hint:

The black arrows indicate “upper” or “lower” part of the LED display and the white arrows indicate left/right/top/bottom LED segment of that part of the display.

Okay, I don’t see what they say I’m supposed to see. The hint didn’t help. Nor did the answer. What do I need to do to see the solution. Am I looking for a hidden word in the eye or a hidden image?
